I cannot express how great the service is at HOOKS.  They're staff inside and outside are so polite and helpful.  My father and I have been going there for years and we choose to give them as much business as we can.  Tracy and his wife are so kind when you are shopping there.  For great service, decent prices and good quality lumber/hardware, etc, please try to visit Hooks just outside of Cloyne.  We love it !!  One of them even went out of the way to come over and help my Dad with a plumbing issue and my dad was so pleased with the service from the girl.  They're all so professional !

I really wish I could give this 6 or 7 stars.  Hook's  has high quality stock. & they seem to be able to attract & keep the best of employees....  they actually spoil me.  I buy 95% of my lumber & hardware there, & they stock stuff that you wouldn't expect to find in a lumberyard/hardware store  in a very rural area..... like stainless steel fasteners ........ they stock more than any 3 "big box stores" would carry.   Their prices are more than fair, as well.  Awesome store .... Awesome service ....  Awesome staff !

I have been dealing with Hook's Castle for several years now. The staff is well-informed, helpful and friendly. The store and yard are well-stocked with everything the cottager/homeowner might need PLUS they deliver! I am so pleased with the quality and service offered at this store that my wife and I made them the exclusive supplier of all our building materials when we recently had a large addition (plus roof, siding, windows) built on our home. This is a wonderful, family-owned business!
